Exklusive Snare Drums von Sky Percussion seit 2020
Seit 2020 baue ich exklusiv unter dem Label Sky Percussion auch Snare Drums. Diese Stave Snare Drums werden aus sorgfältig von mir ausgewählten Esche-, Mahagoni- und Padoukbohlen in Fassbauweise handgefertigt. Jede Trommel wird von Hand gedrechselt und weiterverarbeitet, während präzise Bohrungen von meiner neuen CNC-Maschine übernommen werden.
Das Besondere daran: Ich biete euch komplett personalisierte Snare Drums an, sei es mit eingefrästen Logos, Grafiken oder sogar Epoxy-Einlagen. Der Vertrieb erfolgt über Sibi Siebert und Sky Music Distribution. Sibi hat von Anfang an an meine Fähigkeiten geglaubt und sich mit vollem Einsatz für dieses Projekt engagiert. Dank ihm konnte ich Kontakte zu sehr erfahrenen Drummern wie Manni von Bohr knüpfen.
Manni ist ein wahres Lexikon, wenn es um Snares und Drumsets geht. Er war sofort von der Idee begeistert, ein neues, exklusives Snare-Label auf den Markt zu bringen, und hat mich in der Anfangsphase tatkräftig unterstützt. Als mein Mentor hat er mir wertvolle Einblicke in Themen wie Sound, Gratungen und Kesselstärken gegeben. Dadurch konnten wir schnell beeindruckende Instrumente entwickeln, die bereits in ausgewählten Musikhäusern, darunter Thomann, erhältlich sind. Bilder gibt es in der Galerie
Exclusive snare drums from Sky Percussion since 2020
Since 2020, I have also been building snare drums exclusively under the Sky Percussion label. These stave snare drums are handmade from carefully selected ash, mahogany and padouk planks in barrel construction. Each drum is turned and finished by hand, while precise drilling is carried out by my new CNC machine.
The special thing about it: I offer you completely personalized snare drums, be it with milled logos, graphics or even epoxy inlays. Distribution is handled by Sibi Siebert and Sky Music Distribution. Sibi believed in my abilities right from the start and was fully committed to this project. Thanks to him, I was able to establish contacts with very experienced drummers like Manni von Bohr.
Manni is a true encyclopedia when it comes to snares and drum sets. He was immediately enthusiastic about the idea of launching a new, exclusive snare label on the market and actively supported me in the initial phase. As my mentor, he gave me valuable insights into topics such as sound, burrs and shell thicknesses. This enabled us to quickly develop impressive instruments that are already available in selected music stores, including Thomann.
